We are located on the 2nd floor in the SSC building, which is located beside the main building.

By public transport: KVB tram line 9 and bus lines 130, 142 to the stop "Universität" (University).

In the building

If you take the stairs in the building, you will reach the library straight ahead. It is freely accessible (Attention: closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic). From the elevator, turn right and take the first door on the left.

To find the Chairs of Prof. Peifer and Prof. Hain and the Institute for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (IGRU) turn left from the elevator, then turn right in the narrow corridor. From the stairs: Turn left and then in the narrow corridor to the right.

The IGRU is located in front of the intercom (on the door there is a large sign "Institut für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht"), so you do not need to ring the bell, just knock on the door left from the intercom.

If you want to go to one of the Chairs of the Institute for Media Law and Communication Law (Prof. Peifer/Prof. Hain) instead, you have to ring the respective bell (on the intercom). Please note that the chairs have different opening hours and that inquiries for one chair cannot be answered by the other chair (contact details and opening hours Prof. Peifer, Prof. Hain, Library), so please ring only the bell of the competent chair.
